Every now and then a painting just takes on a life of its own, and that's exactly what happened with Sparky. This cheerful little bird showed up covered in dots — thousands of them, hand-painted in magenta, pink, and orange — and planted himself right in the middle of a bright green world like he owned the place. He makes people smile the moment they see him.
